Our original fresh Polish kielbasa naturally slow hickory smoked the old fashioned way. We have been producing this uncured (nitrite free) FRESH SMOKED product for generations. This is not a fully cooked product and needs 20 mins of simmering to achieve full tenderness. Try a mix of original and smoked kielbasa in a slow cooker with onions, cabbage and beer. 4 half link pieces per package.
